Largo, MD — Prince George’s County Economic Development Corporation (PGCEDC) proudly announces that Jose L. Burnes, Business Development Manager for Manufacturing, Warehousing & Data Centers, has earned the prestigious Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) designation from the International Economic Development Council (IEDC). The CEcD is the leading industry certification and represents the highest level of professional achievement in the field of economic development.

With over a decade of experience in business development and international relations, Burnes has been instrumental in positioning Prince George’s County as a competitive hub for manufacturing, logistics, and data centers.
