Welcome to the Request for Proposals (RFP) page for the Grow Prince George's Program!

We are excited to invite qualified organizations and individuals to submit their proposals to participate in this comprehensive training series. Designed to support Black, Indigenous, Persons of Color (BIPOC), women, and Latino entrepreneurs in Prince George's County, the program aims to provide valuable knowledge and skills to enhance their entrepreneurial journey and achieve business success.

RFP Release Date: Thursday, August 15, 2025

Proposal Due Date: Thursday, September 5, 2025

Proposals clearly marked “START-UP BUSINESS SERIES” must be submitted to the Prince George’s County Economic Development Corporation (PGCEDC) at GrowPGRFP@co.pg.md.us by Thursday, September 5, 2025. Proposals will be reviewed and evaluated as they are submitted.

Notification of Award: All applicants will be notified of their status by Thursday, September 19, 2025.

Please ensure your proposal is limited to 20 pages. Mailed, faxed, hand-delivered proposals, or proposals submitted outside of the submission process listed above will not be accepted.
