Hottest Networking Event on the East Coast: EDC's year end signature networking event draws businesses from as far as New York

Last Thursday, the Prince George's County Economic Development Corporation (EDC) closed out its 2017 Thirsty (For Business) Thursday season at Keller Williams Preferred Properties in Largo, Maryland with its most engaging networking event of the year. More than 100 business leaders, entrepreneurs and developers came from miles around, as far away as New York City, specifically to meet, greet and network with the vibrant business community in Prince George's County.

On Monday, the Prince George's County Economic Development Corporation (EDC) concluded its 2017 collaboration series with MassMutual of Greater Washington by hosting the "Let's Increase Your Bottom Line with Tax Savings up to $500,000" forum. This forum gave County entrepreneurs and business owners an opportunity to hear from experts how they can purposefully and methodically increase their personal wealth and savings. Yesterday, the Prince George's County Economic Development Corporation (EDC) welcomed another successful company into its India Business Center as Cheap World Tours, Inc. (CWT) opened its first office in the United States. Joined by international business development executives from the EDC, and local hospitality industry leaders, EDC President and CEO Jim Coleman and EDC Executive Vice-President Dr. Pradeep Ganguly celebrated this new addition to the business accelerator with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and words of support.
