Venture X College Park and Prince George’s County Economic Development Corporation Celebrate Grand Opening of First Flexible Office Space in Prince George’s County
COLLEGE PARK, MD — Venture X®, in partnership with the Prince George’s County Economic Development Corporation (PGCEDC) and the Prince George’s Chamber of Commerce, will host the grand opening and ribbon cutting of Venture X College Park, the County’s first flexible office and coworking space, on Friday, March 27, 2026.
The event will begin with a formal ribbon cutting at 1:00 PM, followed by a community celebration at 2:30 PM, and will take place at 5825 University Research Court, Suite 2000, College Park, MD. The event is open to the public and will feature guided tours of the space, networking opportunities with business leaders, light bites and beverages, and live entertainment.
Located in Discovery District Maryland,, Venture X College Park represents a major addition to Prince George’s County’s growing ecosystem for entrepreneurs, startups, and innovative businesses. The new 13,898-square-foot facility is designed to support companies at every stage of growth while fostering collaboration, connectivity, and access to resources.

Owned and operated by Moniesha Jackson Shorter, Venture X College Park was created to provide more than just workspace—it offers a community-driven environment designed to empower entrepreneurs and small business owners.

The facility features 60 private offices ranging in capacity from 1 to 5 people, shared coworking space, two conference rooms, a training room, and a café-style lounge that doubles as an event space.
