Kenwood Management Company announced today that, through its affiliate, Lottsford of Landover, LLC, has executed a 4 ½ year lease extension with Corvias and Clean Water Partners at Lottsford Business Center, 9475 Lottsford Road, Largo, Maryland.
Corvias has been a tenant in the building since 2018. Corvias assists the government of Prince George’s County, Maryland, in improving its stormwater infrastructure.
Kenwood was represented by one of its Principals, Bill Singer.
