BRANDYWINE, MD — A recently closed Joann Fabric and Crafts store located at Brandywine Crossing has found a replacement business that will move in to the site next year.
Discount retail chain Burlington will open in the former Joann Fabric and Crafts store. Mall owner First National Realty Partners said Burlington signed a lease to take the 250,000-square-foot space immediately after Joann filed for bankruptcy in Februaryand announced it would close all of its stores nationwide. First National Realty Partners also announced that it'll add Another Broken Egg Cafe and Buffalo Wild Wings GO in the same mall.
