Prince George’s County Economic Development Corporation is the Administrator for Prince George’s County, Maryland, the Grantee. Applications are currently being received from manufacturers, exporters, and importers for warehouse and operations space. Firms may lease small as well as large space and benefit from completely eliminated, reduced or delayed duties normally imputed against goods entering the US. Foreign Trade Zone 63 provides exceptional savings for firms that import and export goods for sale in the US and to other countries.
Prince George’s County has two site locations in its foreign trade zone project at Collington Business Park accessible by US Route 301 at Foreign Trade Zone Avenue and Steeplechase 95 International Business Park via I-95/I-495 (Capital Beltway) Exit 13.
